DIY Roasted Chickpea Recipe


Ingredients

• 1-15 oz can of organic chickpeas, rinsed & drained

• 3 TBSP olive oil

• ¼ tsp sea salt

• ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper

• 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

• 1/8 tsp cumin

• 1 TBSP finely chopped flat-leaf parsley

• Pinch of sea salt (optional)

Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
