Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1 serving of vanilla Vega protein shake
  • 1 tsp of raw cacao
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 3 brazil nuts
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 1 tsp honey sprinkle cinnamon

    Blend in Vitamix/blender. Enjoy!
